Beschreibung
In yoga, we find strength not just in our bodies, but also in our minds. As we flow through various asanas and hold them in stillness, we build strength in different muscle groups and cultivate mental resilience. Staying in a challenging pose teaches us to be strong in our minds, resisting the urge to give up. And if you do come out of a pose, that's perfectly okay—yoga is about being gentle with yourself while practicing strength. In this class, we will explore a mix of flowing movements and held postures, including some that are physically challenging and others that are more gentle. All levels are welcome, but we recommend having a little prior yoga experience. We will conclude our practice with a well-deserved Shavasana to honor the strength within us.
